Non-Refundable Policy
All tickets and memberships purchased for IMParty are non-refundable. This applies to both one-time ticket purchases and recurring membership subscriptions. By completing your purchase, you agree that you will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
One-Time Ticket Purchases
One-time ticket purchases grant access to a specific IMParty event. These tickets are non-refundable, and no exchanges or credits will be provided in case of cancellation or non-attendance.
Membership Benefits
As an IMParty member, you will receive:
* A new presentation each month from the latest IMParty, featuring cutting-edge leaders and successful Internet Marketing professionals.
* Access to the entire library of past Speaker Presentations, giving you a wealth of knowledge and strategies at your fingertips.
* The ability to attend any regular IMParty event in Austin any time you wish, plus priority and discounted tickets to any additional events IMParty produces.
* Exclusive member-only benefits, such as special discounts on products, zero-pitch webinars, and insider information on special events with guest speakers and industry leaders when applicable.
Monthly Subscription
The Standard Membership fee is $39/mo and VIP Membership is $149/mo. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled. By subscribing, you agree to allow IMParty to charge the membership fee to your chosen payment method each month until you cancel.
Membership Access
Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Event Cancellation or Changes
IMParty reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events, modify event content, or substitute speakers or topics. No refunds will be issued in the event of such changes. However, IMParty will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes in a timely manner.
Code of Conduct
Members are expected to behave respectfully at all IMParty events and interactions. IMParty reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund if the member violates the code of conduct or engages in behavior deemed inappropriate by IMParty.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which IMParty is headquartered. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in that state.
Amendments
IMParty reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued membership following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
