Rajaa is a seasoned executive with a 20-year marketing and business career in the US and globally at Fortune 100. She transformed and catapulted niche brands like Paula's Choice Skincare and C4 Energy into household names, leading them to successful strategic outcomes (Unilever & Dr. Pepper Keurig) and skyrocketing valuations in 2020 and 2022.

Rajaa's leadership as CMO and CDO was pivotal in expanding C4 Energy, a CPG Beverage and Pre-workout brand. Her innovative marketing campaigns and strategic partnerships doubled the brand's digital and total revenue, surpassing $130M and $520M in ARR, respectively. This growth trajectory culminated in a 5X increase in the company's value to $3B over 2 years.

During her tenure at Paula's Choice Skincare, Rajaa spearheaded all brand, social, and retail initiatives, including the brand's creative transformation and explosive social/Influencer growth. Her strategic vision and innovative approach were instrumental in putting the brand on the social media and influencer map within the beauty and skincare landscape for the first time in the company's history. This 20-month transformation (2018-2020) led to a significant 3X increase in revenue to +$300M and the brand's first distribution in Sephora and international expansion in India.

Previously, she was at Amazon as Head of the Premium Skincare category, the largest subcategory of Amazon Premium Beauty, where she has accelerated it from low to high double digits YoY growth and launched and accelerated the development of prestige skincare brands like Supergoop, Mario Badescu, and Tony Moly on the platform. Before that, She spent three years at the Starbucks coffee company, heading up all brand and digital marketing efforts for the Frappuccino and Doubleshot energy brands in the Latin America Business CPG Unit.  Rajaa has spent over 13 years in brand & digital marketing roles in the US and globally at companies such as the Kellogg Company, Coors Light / MillerCoors, Tampico Beverages, and Maple Leaf Foods.

Rajaa holds an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management, a bachelor's degree from McGill University in Marketing and International Business, and a Bachelor of Science with a major in Microbiology from the University of Montreal
