I first saw him at Frank Kern’s List Control Seminar in San Diego… I see this kid, he can’t weigh more than 140lbs soaking wet and he has LEOPARD PRINT HAIR ( yes… you heard that right… here’s a picture so you can see for yourself).

I think to myself, “He’s probably like a pickup artist or something like that..”. I come to find out later from a mutual friend that he is one of the top ranked Real Estate educators in the world! (don’t worry, he’s more of a MARKETER than a real estate guy)

It was a bit surprising because he’s kind of a dork (I mean this in the nicest way). He was home schooled and he never went to college. “How does this guy get people interested in real estate investing to take him seriously?.. is this guy for real?”

I’ve gotten to know him over the past year and he has shared some amazing strategies and ideas to come up with that ” winning offer” that can change your life. (He has actually been giving me some words of profitable advice over the past couple of days, too… so I’m excited about sharing his money-making wisdom with you, too)

He has only been in the online marketing info-product game for a few years now and he actually made about $5,000,000 in revenue his first year (2009 and yes he showed me the proof).
