John Alanis has been in direct and information marketing for 12 years. He started out in the steel art business in 1995, got into information marketing in 1996 via the Jeff Paul/Dan Kennedy System, and he worked with Michael Kimble of Group M Marketing for 7 yrs.
John started his current information marketing business in May of 2004, teaching men how to get women to approach them first for a date, no matter their looks age or income. He started this business with no merchant account, no list, no joint venture partners, and no money invested, just the knowledge in his own head and the unique selling proposition. In three months he was at $15K a month, 8 months at $40K a month, then $100K a month 11 months later where he’s more or less stayed.
John uses all forms of media in his business- direct mail, magazine ads, email, social media, ppc, banners, articles, seo,
online video, publicity and even occasional radio ads. He writes all his own copy, and is well known for sending two
emails a day to his list, based around an “attractive character” he’s dubbed the King of Let ‘em Come to You.
